Welcome to Rex Bakery! Happy New Year everyone. We are CLOSED New Year's Day and Saturday 2nd January, and will reopen 8.30-1.30 Sunday 3rd January, and as normal from Monday 4th January.

Rex Bakery strives for excellence in #RealBread and is award winning - 28 medals across the 2014- 2019 World Bread Awards & awarded Best Ciabatta in Britain 2016; voted Bucks Best Artisan Bakery 2 years running, judged Best Chilterns Real Bread Bakery 2016 and our Multiseed loaf was judged Best British Bread in the Great Farming Awards 2015.
We hand make baked goods right on the premises in the original way, which means very slowly, to develop the best in health & digestibility, flavour, texture and keeping quality.
We use the very best ingredients we can source, only organic flour in our bread and nothing else added - so plenty gained :)
