One of our signature loaves with its beautiful top cut, Multiseed tastes excellent sliced on its own, for sandwiches or a favourite for toast. We removed honey from the recipe and replaced it with Malt Extract (British sugar product made from Malted Barley grown & malted in East Anglia), so that it is Vegan, and it does not taste overly sweet – stays soft & fresh with a crunchy crust.
