With a cult local following, our Raisin & rosemary sourdough is also one of the Rex Baker’s own favourites thanks to the yummy balance between big, succulent raisins and rosemary.

Product Description

The Rex Baker was inspired by attending the School of Artisan Food to develop this extremely popular loaf.  Delicious on its own, buttered or even for sandwiches

Features high water levels to achieve the big holes in the bread structure and the olive oil & honey can provide a softer texture, naturally for longer.  Mmm


Organic white flour
Organic raisins
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil
Wild Yeast (sourdough) homemade from Misbourne Valley organic honey over minimum of 5 days

    The combination of rosemary and raisin was something I’d never imagined, but completely wonderful! The flavour and texture are simply outstanding. My favourite bread by far.
