One of our most popular Rex Bakery products, Benedict Bars apparently originate from a South African cake. Our Rex version’s shortbread biscuit base is hand crumbled for a better rise, with seedless raspberry jam & topped with a heated milk, sugar, butter, vanilla & flaked almond mix which toasts during baking, and all combines irresistibly for nutty, jammy, wholesome goodness.
